Andre began his career at Sainsburys. He worked across the business in numerous operational roles before deciding to specialise in HR. He got his first HR directorship in 2007 at Somerset Partnership NHS Trust and remained in this role for 8 years before deciding to set up Hybrid HR.
Andre currently resides in Hampshire with his wife, sons and Barbet dogs Truffle and Halley.
Claire has made the most of over 18 years in HR roles, proactively supporting and developing organisations across the South West of England.
Claire has worked in many HR generalist roles, heading up both recruitment and HR teams as well as supporting in operational project roles. Not only does she bring a proven track record as an HR Business Partner, but returns to a previous successful working relationship.
